Volunteer Application Form for:
Camp Leaders (cabin leaders) (Must be at least 15 years of age or over)
Support Staff (Must be 15 years of age or over, or have completed the LIT program)
First Aid (Must be at least 18 years of age or over to apply, OFA level 1 required. OFA 2 or 3+ preferred)
Chapel Speaker (Must be 18 years of age or over, and have experience in ministry). Typically, we have a total of 8 sessions, lasting 30-45 minutes depending on camper ages.
Staff Babysitter (Must be 12 years of age or over and have completed a babysitting course or have babysitting experience).

Summer Camp Schedule 2024 - Please choose which camps you would like to be considered for. If you are willing/flexible to fill several positions, please specify in the notes section at the bottom of this application.
(Staff training is highly recommended for first-time/inexperienced camp leaders. However, we understand that those who have limited weeks to volunteer may be unable to attend. Please contact Sydney with any questions. If you are not attending staff training, please select "Not Attending".
Please list two references- people who can give evidence to your spiritual life (at least one reference should be a non-relative, but preferably both). References for skills and work ethic may be included in the additional space provided, but this is not required.
Alternatively, you can have your references complete the reference form found back on the volunteering page on the website. Please have your references sent this form in a timely manner to prevent the Director from needing to contact you to gather these references.

4. I commit myself under God to live and minister according to His Word.
5. I agree to live in harmony with other staff and to share the overall work load.
The completion of this form is only the first step to coming on staff as a volunteer. After your application is processed you will be notified with regard to your acceptance. You may be asked to provide further information.
