Dear Parent/Guardian: Thank you for your interest in Rough Acres Bible Camp. Attending summer camp is a dream for many children, and our hope is that finances will never be a barrier that prevent a child from attending one of our programs. We understand that sending a child to camp requires significant cost and may not be affordable at all times. Our Campership Fund is there to assist parents/guardians in alleviating some of that financial burden. These funds are provided by the generosity and donations of our sponsors and community members.
We require that every person applying for the Campership Fund provide us with some information that helps us in deciding who and how much we can assist. You may apply once per child who is attending camp each summer; we will not give out a Campership to any campers who will be attending more than one camp this summer. To ensure maximum confidentiality, only our Camp Registrar and Campership committee process the information. Please fill in the attached form and hit submit if applying online. If printing the form, please mail to the address below. Your application will be processed as soon you return the form to us and you will be contacted via phone by our registrar to inform you of our decision.
